PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure of belt type non-stage transmission of which processing is easy and capable of attaining a high reliability and reducing manufacturing cost by enabling a value of fixing strength of a confirmed movable side sheave to be utilized as it is.;SOLUTION: An inner peripheral surface of a shaft insertion hole of a sheave part 1 and an outer peripheral surface of a shaft 2 are formed with each of grooves 11, 22 for use in inserting several balls in an axial direction with an equal angle interval in the same manner as that for grooves 31, 22 formed at an inner peripheral surface of a shaft insertion hole of a sheave part 3 of a movable side sheave and an outer peripheral surface of the shaft 2, and balls 4 similar to the movable side sheave are inserted into the grooves 11, 22 at the sheave part 1 and the shaft 2 under a state that the shaft 2 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole of the sheave part 1 of a fixed side sheave, resulting in that the sheave part 1 and the shaft 2 are integrally rotated.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
