To provide a power supply tool capable of constantly performing a smooth operation, and a wire harness provided with the power supply tool.SOLUTION: A vehicle body-side power supply tool 14 includes an inner member 22 that holds an end of an exterior member having an electric wire bundle inserted therein, and an outer member 21 that turnably supports the inner member 22 accommodated in an inner accommodation recess portion 31 and that is fixed to a vehicle body which is relatively shifted with respect to the exterior member 12. The inner accommodation recess portion 31 in the outer member 21 has an upper wall portion and a lower wall portion that are opposed to each other and are orthogonal to the turning axis O of the inner member 22 in order to turnably support the inner member 22, and a circumferential wall portion 34 that is opposed to an outer circumferential surface 56 of the inner member 22 and that is formed into an arc surface shape about the turning axis O.
