In one embodiment, the invention provides compositions comprising linear and macrocylic peptides. In one embodiment, the invention provides methods for treating cancer, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, obesity, diabetes, or chronic inflammation disorders associated with the PGC1 family of co-activators.
