a bore inner surface processing device (10) having: a side bore nozzle (14) formed in the form of a cylinder with a bottom, the side bore nozzle (14) injecting air-fed grit media into the cylinder for outside through a projection hole formed in a portion of the outer circumferential surface; a servomotor (16) provided with a drive shaft (42), the servomotor (16) driving the drive shaft (42) to rotate in an alternating manner within a predetermined angular range; and a gear drive unit (18) having a motor gear (44) that is mounted on the servomotor drive shaft (42), and a nozzle gear (28) that is mounted on the side bore nozzle (14) and rotating together with the side bore nozzle (14). the motor gear (44) and the nozzle gear (28) engage directly or indirectly with each other, whereby the operation of the drive shaft (42) of the servomotor (16) is transmitted to the side bore nozzle (14), and the side bore nozzle (14) is rotated in an alternating manner within the predetermined angular range about the cylinder axis 1 of the side bore nozzle (14).
