The present utility model discloses the formulation of producing canned sardines (Sardina pilchardus) in sweet chili sauce style. Sardines are locally known as "Tuloy" in Moalboal. It is also related to herrings, both in the family of Clupeidae and a natural source of marine omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce the blood sugar levels and cardiovascular disease. The sardines in any locality and commonly very cheap. It comprises of canned sardines,sweet chili sauce style good for human consumption with onion, bay leaf, salt, sweet chili sauce and tomato sauce together with uses thereof.
