A food monitoring method can be carried out in an integrated food distribution system comprising a sensing node, a repeater and a food monitoring server which are interconnected by means of a network. The food monitoring method comprises the steps of: receiving a first identifier of a food which is scanned by means of a scanner and a second identifier of the sensing node; the server matching the first identifier and the second identifier with each other and storing same; sensing the environment information of a first area in which the food is located by means of the sensing node and thus generating food environment information; transmitting the second identifier and the food environment information to the food monitoring server by means of the repeater; the food monitoring server searching for reference environment information which is set with respect to the food on the basis of the second identifier; and the food monitoring server determining the state of the food on the basis of the reference environment information and the food environment information.
