A food monitoring method is able to be executed for an integrated food distribution system including a sensing node, a relay and a food monitoring server, which are connected through a network. The food monitoring method includes: a step of receiving a first identifier of food and a second identifier of the sensing node, which are scanned through a scanner; a step of enabling the server to match and store the first and second identifiers with each other; a step of generating food environment information by sensing environment information of a first area, in which the food is located, through the sensing node; a step of transmitting the second identifier and the food environment information to the food monitoring server through the relay; a step of enabling the food monitoring server to search for reference environment information set for the food based on the second identifier; and a step of enabling the food monitoring server to determine the condition of the food based on the reference environment information and the food environment information.
