A method for manufacturing a fruit or vegetable product according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a pattern on a surface of a fruit or vegetable using a predetermined pattern forming apparatus; performing a first coating with a first material on the pattern; and performing a second coating with a second material different from the first material on a portion of the fruit or vegetable surface including the pattern on which the first coating is performed, or performing a second coating with the second material on the entire portion of the fruit or vegetable surface including the pattern on which the first coating is performed.
