摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing vegetables and fruits containing selenium which are excellently absorbed into the human body and beneficial thereto. Further provided are a method for manufacturing enzyme containing selenium using the manufactured vegetables and fruits and a method for manufacturing enzyme-added food products using the manufactured enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing vegetables and fruits containing selenium comprises the steps of: cultivating vegetables and fruits, such as dropwort, kale, strawberry and the like, containing selenium; treating and drying them, then followed by cutting into a length of 2-3cm and mixing together; adding brown sugar to the mixture thereof and pressing the brown sugar-added mixture in a vessel; covering the vessel with korean traditional paper and making a ventilation hole thereon; aging the mixture contained in the vessel at 18 deg.C or more for 100 days; and packing the aged mixture.
