The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus brevis WiKim0069 strain, a bacteriocin produced therefrom, and a natural preservative, an antibacterial agent and a functional food containing the same. The bacteriocin produced from the Lactobacillus brevis WiKim0069 strain according to the present invention is different from the bacteriocin derived from conventional lactic acid bacteria, has antibacterial activities against lactic acid bacteria as well as excellent efficacy both in acid resistance and heat resistance, and thus can be used as a functional food, a natural preservative and an antibacterial agent.
