Antioxidant and Immune-enhancing functional beverage and food composition comprising the extract of edible flowers fermented by lactic acid bacteria and preparation method of the same
The present invention relates to a functional beverage and food composition for enhancing antioxidant and immunity activity, containing a fermented liquid of lactic acid bacteria of an edible flower extract as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: drying an edible flower; heating, stirring, and extracting the dried edible flower; and fermenting the extracted edible flower extract with lactic acid bacteria.
