The present invention relates to an overturn preventing device for a vehicle for high place work. More specifically, the present invention comprises a working vehicle, a supporting vehicle for supporting the working vehicle, a first coupling unit mounted on the working vehicle, and a second coupling unit mounted on the supporting vehicle and in connection with the first coupling unit. The present invention proposes an overturn preventing device of a vehicle for high place work which widens a supporting area of a vehicle for high place work against overturning by an external force such as strong wind and others to effectively prevent overturning of the vehicle, secure work stability, and, when stability is ensured and necessary, enable work at higher place compared to a conventional vehicle for high place work, by connecting each coupling unit of the working vehicle and the supporting vehicle, and especially connecting working vehicle and two supporting vehicles, i.e., three vehicles, as one such that connecting points thereof form a triangle shaped structure to prevent the vehicle for high place work such as pump trucks, fire trucks, crane trucks, ladder trucks, and bucket trucks from overturning.
