The present invention relates to relaxin fusion polypeptides, particularly relaxin 2 fusion polypeptides and uses thereof. Accordingly, the present invention provides for the use of the relaxin fusion polypeptides, nucleic acid molecules, vectors, host cells, pharmaceutical compositions, and pharmaceutical compositions including kits and methods of treatment comprising the pharmaceutical compositions. The polypeptides and compositions of the present invention may be particularly useful in treating cardiovascular diseases, for example, treating heart failure.
