PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion system capable of facilitating the layout of a plurality of semiconductor element parts while uniformizing the magnitude of an electric current running through a plurality of terminals of the semiconductor element parts connected with positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals when there are provided a plurality of rows in which the plurality of semiconductor element parts and diode element parts are arranged.;SOLUTION: An electric power conversion system 100 includes a semiconductor module 40 (a first semiconductor element part) and a semiconductor module 43 (a second semiconductor element part) connected in series. The electric power conversion system 100 is provided with a positive electrode terminal 72a having continuity with a collector terminal 40b and a negative electrode terminal 82a having continuity with an emitter terminal 43c.
