PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the creation of information to be used to create a more efficient vehicle allocation plan by taking qualitative restriction of vehicle allocation being know-how of a user into consideration.SOLUTION: A vehicle allocation plan creation support device includes: a correction pattern input part for receiving an input of information on correction contents that represents know-how of vehicle allocation of a user; an instance generation part for generating instance information including an instance being a case of the correction contents; and a vehicle allocation policy estimation part for generating vehicle allocation policy estimation result information obtained by associating the instance with accuracy acquired from an appearance frequency and a correction frequency of the instance in a history of vehicle allocation plans generated in the past to present the vehicle allocation policy estimation result information to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
