PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce green tea that makes it possible to provide a green tea extract that exhibits a strong withering flavor, by a convenient method.SOLUTION: A method of producing green tea comprises the steps of: cutting raw tea leaves; withering the cut raw tea leaves; and making tea from the raw tea leaves after the withering step.
