Disclosed is a device for separating and recycling component tape film in a bench-top surface-mount machine, the device comprising a feeder head assembly. Component stack portions for completing installation and fastening of a component tape and separating and recycling a component tape film are detachably provided and stacked on the feeder head assembly, wherein the component stack portions are provided with a component stack cover plate, a component stack base, and a component film separating mechanism, and the component stack cover plate has four edges aligned with the component stack base, and covers the same. The technical solution of the present invention enables quick disassembly and independent or integrated use of the device for separating and recycling a component tape film. A stacked structure is adopted for the component stack portions, and a structure, such as a fastening pin header, is included to achieve structural simplicity, easy manufacturing, and simple maintenance, thereby ensuring high-precision feeding, lowering costs of a feeder mechanism for a bench-top surface-mount machine, and enhancing feeding precision.
