The present invention provides a packaging film for heating in a microwave oven, the packaging film having a flat shape prior to heating in a microwave oven, deforming to a bumpy shape after heating in a microwave oven, and manifesting heat-insulation properties.　This packaging film for heating in a microwave oven is formed such that a first film and a second film are laminated, and has a sealant layer on a rearmost surface, wherein: the first film has heat-shrinking properties, and undergoes heat shrinking in at least a first direction; and the second film has substantially no heat-shrinking properties, and undergoes heat shrinking in only a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, or in a direction that is oblique to the first direction. Between the layers of the first film and the second film, there is an intermittent adhesion region having adhesion parts at which the layers of the first film and the second film adhere to each other and non-adhesion parts at which the layers of the first film and the second film do not adhere to each other. In the intermittent adhesion region, the adhesion parts and the non-adhesion parts are alternatingly arranged in the first direction.
