The present invention relates to a wearable sensor unit for biometric information monitoring. According to the present invention, the wearable sensor unit for biometric information monitoring is to monitor biometric information such as temperature and motion states of a dynamic object including a human body. The wearable sensor unit comprises: a main sensor layer which is made of a polymer composite material containing a conductive material to have different impedance values according to each input data when only one of a temperature change and deformation is applied, and outputs one impedance value without distinguishing the influence of temperature and deformation when the temperature change and deformation are simultaneously applied; and a complementary sensor layer which is made of a polymer composite material and is configured to be disposed in a position of being insulated from the main sensor layer to output a separate impedance value distinct from the main sensor layer, and to output an impedance value different from the impedance value according to the temperature change of the main sensor layer and the impedance value according to the deformation when only one of the temperature change and the deformation is applied. Therefore, the wearable sensor unit can accurately sense the biometric information even with a small standard.
