The present invention relates to a technical field for uniformly adding a proper amount of black bean powder to flour, which is made by grinding wheat, to make udon noodles. To solve and improve a problem that a chance of eating udon noodles with effectiveness of various nutrients included in black bean and wheat is negligently considered, technology is invented based on a research result for the udon noodles adding black bean powder thereto. According to the present invention, a method of making the udon noodles containing black bean powder comprises: a step of cleanly processing and drying black bean and grinding the black bean with a grinder and the like to acquire black bean powder of good quality; a step of, when kneading flour, which is made by grinding wheat, to make udon noodles, uniformly adding a proper amount of black bean powder to make a paste; and a step of thinly rolling the paste adding the black bean powder thereto to slice the thin paste or make udon noodles. Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for enabling farmers to acquire significant income due to increased consumption of black bean and wheat, which are agricultural products, and helping employment due to jobs offered to corresponding workers due to increased demand of the udon noodles containing the black bean powder, thereby providing high industrial usability. Moreover, people can conveniently buy and eat the udon noodles containing the black bean powder containing the effectiveness of various nutrients included in the black bean and the wheat, thereby largely contributing to national health promotion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
