The present invention provides a foam injection device for dismantling a concrete structure, capable of preventing dust generated when a concrete structure is dismantled from being dispersed and spread, and a dismantling method for a concrete structure using the same. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the foam injection device for dismantling a concrete structure comprises: a lower fixing body comprising a fixing shaft; a bearing installed to rotate as an inner wheel is fixed to the fixing shaft; a rotating body installed to rotate by having a bearing hole at an inner wall of the center, wherein an outer wheel of the bearing is inserted and fixed into the bearing hole; an injection nozzle; an upper fixing body having a hose installation hole; and a supply hose operating the rotating body by propulsion injected into the injection nozzle.
