The present invention relates to an apparatus for sterilizing a packed meat product, capable of maintaining the texture and freshness of meat packed in a package. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a metal detector; a sterilizer; a cooler; a foreign matter remover removing moisture and foreign matter from a surface of a packed product; and a product collector collecting the product, from which the foreign matter is removed through the foreign matter remover, to a collection unit through a transfer conveyor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
