An objective of the present invention is to provide a freeze-dried granule containing loach, chicken feet, and a fermented red ginseng extract, in which red ginseng is fermented, extracted, and freeze-dried to increase an intestinal absorption ratio and effectiveness, and a manufacturing method thereof. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the granule contains an extract manufactured by heating and extracting a mixture including 50 to 100 parts by weight of red ginseng, 300 to 400 parts by weight of loach, 300 to 400 parts by weight of chicken feet, 30 to 40 parts by weight of deer antlers, 30 to 40 parts by weight of aged Rhynchosia Nulubilis, 150 to 200 parts by weight of a mixed plant extract, and 150 to 250 parts by weight of water, wherein the extract is freeze-dried to be kneaded with water and the mixed plant extract includes Angelica gigas Nakai, Astragalus membranaceus, Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, Acanthopanax sessiliflorum Seeman, Achyranthes japonica Nakai, Cnidium officinale, Citrus unshiu Markovich, Agastache rugosa O. Kuntze, jujube, ginger, onion, garlic, Platycodon grandiflorum, apple, pear, pineapple, honey, chestnut shell, malt, quince, Ulmus macrocarpa Hance, and Poria cocos. Accordingly, the red ginseng having effectiveness in adult disease prevention and immunity enhancement is processed through a first extraction process, a second extraction process, and a third freeze-drying process, thereby increasing an intestinal absorption ratio of children and increasing effectiveness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
