RIASSUNTO Gli Autori prendono in considerazione il Decreto 30 agosto 2000 (Ministero Politiche Agricole e Forestali) che fornisce le indicazioni e le modalità di applicazione del Regolamento (CE) n. 1760/2000. Tale norma dà agli operatori ed alle organizzazioni le indicazioni sull’etichettatura obbligatoria delle carni bovine e dei prodotti a base di carni bovine nonché le disposizioni supplementari necessarie a chiunque voglia fornire informazioni facoltative. SUMMARY The Authors consider Decree 08/30/2000 (Ministero Politiche Agricole e forestali) that supplies the indications and the application modalities of the rule (EC) n. 1760/2000.
