This aims of this research to analyze how high the effect of the application of problem-solving approach in teaching mathematics to the learning outcomes of students of class III SDN 64 Kubu Raya. The method of this research was conducted quasi-experimental study is a Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research was 71 students, consist of 36 students in the class control and 35 students in the experimental class. The results of this research basen on data analysis the average post-test control class is 63,84 and the average post-test experimental class is 74,89. The conclusion of this research there are differences in student learning outcomes which apply realisthic mathematics education (experimental class) with the expository approach (control group). It means the result of calculation effect size (ES) obtained ES of 0,70 (middle criterion). It means that the application of realisthic mathematics education to learning mathematics provide middle impact on learning outcomes of class III SDN 64 Kubu Raya.
