Harmonisasi Indikator Kinerja Undip (Iku) dengan Kriteria World Class University Qs World Rankings

Harmonization of Undip Performance Indicators to World Class University QS World Ranking Criteria – Undip Performance Indicators is an important parts of the Undip strategic plan which has a function as an Undip success parameter over a period of leadership is considered inefficient yet seen from continue to decline Undip\u27s rank both national and Internationally. With increased competition between universities, Undip must be able to demonstrate the competitiveness both nationally and globally one of them to become a World Class University (WCU). However, during this Undip Performance Indicators has never been compared with the assessment criteria of World Class University. Seeing this, the research is going to harmonize Undip Performance Indicators with one WCU assessment criteria which have been recognized Internationally, QS World University Ranking by Delphi approach and determine the importance weight of each assessment criteria of QS World University Ranking by AHP method. Based on research, there are 15 Undip Performance Indicators that are not aligned with the QS, and there are 17 sub-criteria QS are not aligned with the Undip Performance Indicators. Internationalization is the assestment criteria with the highest weight in comparison with 13 other QS assessment criteria. The proposed recommendation is to do the grouping indicators into indicators of priority and non-priority.
