Characterization of Deep Levels in P-Type Silicon by DLTS

摘要

The electrical behavior of deep levels and capacitance spectroscopy method forcharacterization of deep levels were described. Deep levels in p-type Si were investigated. That included the sample preparation, measurement procedures and detailed description of operating with DLTS system.
