摘要

On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigations, the UnitedStates International Trade Commission determines that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports from Korea of certain structural steel beams of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the Department of Commerce to be subsidized by the Government of Korea and sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV).
