The Clean Marina Program is designed to assist marina and boatyard operators to protect the resources upon which their livelihood depends: clean water and fresh air. These natural assets are essential features of the boating industry. After all, most boaters are drawn to the water and natures glory. Ironically, activities such as boating and fishing associated with the enjoyment of natural wonders can have unintended consequences that lead to the degradation of resources.
