The Roan Plateau Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA) and Final Environmental Impact Statement analyzes six alternatives for managing approximately 73,602 acres of federal land within the Planning Area in western Colorado in Garfield and Rio Blanco Counties. Alternatives I through V were presented in the Draft Resource Management Plan Amendment and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft).
