On 8/22/08 the Pinedale Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announced the release of a proposed Pinedale Resource Management Plan (RPM) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). The development of these documents has been contested and delayed for more than four years.
