Federal Maritime Commission: Management's Discussion and Analysis, Fiscal Year 2008

The Federal Maritime Commissions (FMC or Commission) Performance and Accountability Report for Fiscal Year 2008 will enable industry participants and the public to understand the Commissions ongoing performance in the regulation of the international ocean shipping industry. We believe that the performance and financial data in the Report are complete and reliable under Office of Management and Budget guidelines. In a few clearly marked instances, estimates have been used where actual numbers do not yet exist. As data becomes available, those estimates will be replaced with actual figures in subsequent Reports.
