Report of Great Lakes Regional Workshop on Ocean Pollution Monitoring Held at Ann Arbor, Michigan on February 10-12, 1981

This report summarizes the proceedings of the workshop on Great Lakes Pollution Monitoring held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, February 11-13, 1981, for use in developing the Great Lakes Regional Section of the National Plan for Ocean Pollution Research. A study of the existing regional pollution plan, the Great Lakes International Surveillance Plan is presented.
