摘要

A new expression for the complex amplitude distribution of an off-axis point source is derived based on "quasi-Fresnel approximation", which is more accurate than that by common Fresnel approximation. The possibilities of making astigmatic optical element hole-graphically are discussed, and a toric holographic lens is recorded by a spherical wavefront and a collimated beam, the parameters of recording and imaging beams are measured, which are closed to the theoretical values. Using the new expression it is easy to explain the on-axis astigmatism in holographic imaging
