Strategic Mobility 21 Transition Plan: From Research Federation to Business Enterprise

This report documents the Strategic Mobility 21 (SM21) program transition from a Research Federation to a Business Enterprise. Over a period of six years, the SM21 Research Federation has focused on the development of two concepts: the Joint Deployment and Distribution Support Platform (JDDSP) as an advanced global distribution network; and, the Joint Logistics Education Training Transformation (Test-bed) (JLETT), a concept designed to support logistics education and training.
