Analytic Methods for Studies of Command and Control in Anti-Ship Cruise Missile Defense.

摘要

This research focuses on analytic methods to be used to determine the constraints on excess capability of command and control systems in defense against anti-ship cruise missiles. Two approaches were examined. The first, based on the theory of networks of queues, led to the conclusion that further basic research was required. The second, based on the theory of mathematical programming, shows more promise, particularly in applications during the design and development process. (Author)
