摘要

Normal RLM exposed to hypotonic media at 27 deg rapidly lose their ability to carry out oxidative phosphorylation. However when the hypotonic exposure is carried out in the absence of oxygen, these RLM will maintain a high degree of oxidative phosphorylation. PGBx added to these RLM has no effect on the oxidative phosphorylation reactions. (Author)
