Presents a summary of several special tooling (ST) and special test equipment (STE) issues in the F-16 co-production program, and identifies lessons learned for future co-production programs. A brief description of the F-16 co-production program background also is presented, highlighting those aspects affecting management of ST and STE. (Author)
