Interfering with Mitosis: Using RNAi to Identify Mitotic Proteins

MitoCheck is a European initiative to identify and characterize proteins involved in mitosis. As part of this project, researchers from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg, Germany, have spent five years systematically screening the entire human genome for candidate proteins using RNAi technology.
