摘要

The title complex is synthesized in, one step from [Mn-2(CO)(10)] and is used to prepare cationic [(eta(4)-diene)Mn(CO)(4)](+) and [(eta(6)-triene)Mn(CO)(3)](+) complexes, including [(eta(4)-1,5-cyclooctadiene)Mn(CO)(4)]ClO4, for which an X-ray crystal structure is reported. The kinetics of [(eta(4)-norbornadiene)Mn(CO)(4)]ClO4 conversion to cis-[(CH3CN)(2)Mn(CO)(4)](+) are also studied. [References: 36]
