U.S.crude oil imports increase to 66.9 percent in February

WASHINGTON - U.S.commercial crude oil inventories at the end of February stood at their highest month-end level since May 1999,some 10 percent above year ago levels,reflecting lower refinery runs,the American Petroleum Institute said in its Monthly Statistical Report for February 2006.
