A Case of Idiopathic Granulomatous Interstitial Nephritis with an Unusually Large Granuloma

A 62-year old male patient visited a private clinic due to fever, and he was shown to have a serum creatinine level of 7.6 mg/dL. He was then referred to our hospital on 8 October 2006. He had no history of medical disease and denied taking drugs.
