The new "Hcceerrs 330" transporter is a four-section, double-deck auto carrier. It is going to bring about a significant improvement in one of the crucial links in the transport chain between the automotive manufacturer and the final customer overseas, namely the rail leg of the journey. The wagon's closed structure provides optimum protection for the payload of cars against external influences. This eliminates many of the costly and time-consuming operations that used to be necessary with open wagons prior to the shipment of cars and following their arrival at their destination. Thanks to the use of hydraulic drives and their ease-of-operation, conditions for workers involved in loading and unloading the Hcceerrs 330's have been radically improved compared with older wagons. The loading operation also produces considerably less noise, which is beneficial for the environment.
