摘要

Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLDs) represent a serious complication of both solid organ and bone marrow transplant, with mortality rates that exceed 50% [1-3]. The incidence ranges from 1 to 20% depending on the type of organ graft, the intensity of the immunosuppression, and the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) serostatus [4-6]. According to the World Health Organization classification system, PTLDs are classified as early lesions, polymorphic, monomorphic, and Hodgkin-like [7].
