摘要

The solubility of protein in potassium hydroxide (KOH) has been investigated as an indicator of protein quality of soyabean meal in diets for pigs and poultry (Parsons et al., 1991). However, there has been no research conducted to investigate its usein predicting the nutritive value of full fat soyabean meal used in broiler diets. The aimof this trial was to investigate the effect of incorporating full fat soya of "high" or "low" solubility in KOH into broiler diets.
