摘要

The microwave (~10 GHz) performance of atunable resonator employing ferroelectric (Ba,Sr)TiO3 filmplanar varactors under exposure to high levels of microwavepower was studied. The nonlinear characteristics of theferroelectric films affected by the large signal microwaveelectrical field were evaluated. The limitations of high powerperformance for the films and tunable microwave devices basedon the films were established.
