Output freeze talks to gather pace

Saudi Arabia hopes that more producers will support a proposal to freeze output to rebalance oil markets, but it concedes that not everybody will commit to it. Oil ministers from Saudi Arabia, Russia, Qatar and Venezuela championed the proposal to freeze production at January levels in Doha on 16 February, provided that Iran, Iraq and other Opec and non-Opec producers join in.
