Woodside and Partex Team Up with Repsol YPF on Block 401d

Repsol YPF has concluded farm-in agreements with the Australian company Woodside Petroleum and Portugal-based Partex providing for these two companies to acquire equity stakes of 35% and 10% respectively in Block 401d.The acreage is located along the border with Tunisia,east of Hassi Messaoud,and Repsol is operator with a 55% interest.
