STEAM LEAKAGE PREVENTING BEARING FOR A STEAM INJECTING APPARATUS, CAPABLE OF SECURING A ROTATIONAL FORCE BY EFFICIENTLY BLOCKING A LEAKING STEAM BY A MINIMUM FRICTIONAL RESISTANCE IN OPERATION
PURPOSE: A steam leakage preventing bearing for a steam injecting apparatus is provided to increase operating efficiency in operation because a frictional resistance is relatively small in rotation and an area for preventing leakage is also relatively small.;CONSTITUTION: A steam leakage preventing bearing for a steam injecting apparatus comprises an inner ring(101), an outer ring(102), balls(103), a retainer(104), an oil seal(106), and a steel shield(107). The oil seal is mounted on a multi-stepped and L-shaped fixing protrusion(105) formed at the inner ring. The steel shield is mounted on a fixing groove(108) formed at the outer ring so that the steel shield can be lightly latched on the oil seal, and then the steel shield is naturally stuck to the oil seal and rotated by the pressure of steam which flows in operation. Intensity for sticking the steel shield to the oil seal corresponds to the pressure intensity of the steam which flows in the operation so that the leakage of the steam can be efficiently blocked by a minimum frictional resistance in the operation. A coating shield formed by coating heat-resistant resin on the steel shield is mounted on the fixing groove and latched on the fixing protrusion, and then the leakage of the steam is conveniently prevented by the pressure of the steam which flows in operation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
