The device has a striking mechanism for striking balls delivered by a store and positioned at a shooting location. A stop (9) is articulated to mechanically control the mechanism, so that the stop passes from blocking position of outlet toward retracted position during tensioning of energy accumulator to release stroke of the balls until the balls are positioned at the location. The stop automatically returns to initial blocking position under the action of elastic return unit and during tensioning or striking and releases the accumulated energy by the control of the mechanism.
